Winemaking
Temperature-controlled mash fermentation for 15 to 20 days in modern concrete tanks at 27-28°C. The subsequent maturat ion takes place over a period of 12 months in so-called tonnaux, which hold 500 litres.

Winemaking
The grapes originate from vineyards situated at 500 m above sea level, from the lower altitudes of Serradenari. Its soils are calcareous and clayey. The grapes are spontaneously fermented, with maceration lasting 20 days. Once the fermentation process is complete, the wine rests for 18 months in large wooden barrels.
Our tasting note
Bright ruby red with garnet hues. Aromas of ripe plums and sour cherries on the nose, with hints of leather to mineral and floral notes. Wonderfully melting on the palate, velvety, fine-grained tannin with a long-lasting finish.

Winemaking
Traditional fermentation is carried out over 10 days at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Subsequently, the biological acid degradation and maturing in large wooden barrels made of French oak.
Our tasting note
Lagrein has a dense and intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The multi-faceted bouquet seduces the drinker with subtle herbal aromas, wild berries and sweet cherry in the background. It has distinctive tannins, smooth richness, a playful, rustic elegance and a youthful freshness as well as a juicy, long finish.

Winemaking
Grechetto grapes grow on clayey soil at an altitude of 215 to 230 m. They are harvested by hand and pressed at a temperature of around 10°C, after which fermentation takes place at low temperatures with selected yeasts.
Our tasting note
The Costa Ovest shines bright golden yellow and gives off a floral bouquet combined with ripe yellow fruits. The palate is once again dominated by floral notes with hints of tropical fruit. Complex, structured and well-balanced.

Winemaking
The vineyard's soil is characterised by white clay. The harvest takes place by hand with strictly selective selection of the grapes. After gentle pressing, the must ages for 24 months in cement tanks, followed by three months of bottle maturing.
Our tasting note
L'Artigianale glows a pale yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate aromas of fruit on the nose with apple and lemon, as well as mineral notes. The wine reveals its full characte ristics on the palate: crisp acidity, extensive complexity and minerality, followed by a long- lingering finish.

Winemaking
The Arneis that originates from the Daivej vineyard is fermented under temperature-controlled conditions and then aged in stainless steel tanks.
Our tasting note
The Arneis has a subtle, straw-yellow colour and exudes an aroma of exotic fruits, apples and mulberries. Wonderfully fruity on the palate with a fresh, acidic flavour. Hardly any other wine is more suitable as an aperitif and as an introduction to the opulent and delicious Piedmont cuisine.
