Shipping of individual customer gifts
Since many years we have had the opportunity to send gifts on behalf of our valued customer. If you wish, we will gladly put together a selection for you, including a card with envelope. Please allow us to package, label, and send it for you. We offer the following possibilities of packaging: 12 bottle box, 6 bottle box, 3 bottle box, 2 bottle box and single box.

Gift vouchers
If you are not quite sure of the preference of your recipient, we recommend our gift voucher. Advance payment is necessary.

Personalised consultation
We welcome you and your friends to visit us. Please let us know in advance.

Parking
Parking is available free of charge.

Terms of sales

Delivery region of Thun and Baar
Delivery within the vicinity region of Thun and Baar up to 12 bottles is free of charge. 

Delivery left over Switzerland
Freight cost:
1 Bottle CHF 9.50 
2 Bottles CHF 12.50
3 Bottles CHF 14.-
From 4 Bottles CHF 15.-
from CHF 500.- is the delivery free of charge (delivery to a sole address, 2-4 working days).

Orders till 36 bottles are sent by Post (VinoLog). There is no shipping notice possible. In case nobody is home the Postman leaves a receipt with a telephon number. You can collect your merchandise at the Post Office or call them for a second delivery (for free).

Shipment of Glasses
The delivery will be in the Original boxes of 6 according to the selection made.

Shipment overseas
We do not send any goods or wines overseas. Only within Switzerland.

No sale of alcohol to underage persons
Weibel Weine AG does not condone the sale of wine and spirits to underage persons online.

Conditions
The merchandise will remain property of Weibel Weine Thun up to full payment. We reserve the right to change the price and vintage without notice.

Payment:
Within 30 days NET. We do however, reserve the right to request pre-payment.

Complaints:
Aging wines, that are older than 10 years, we will not replace (due to climatic change = deep acidity, less stockable).
