Winemaking
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyards and harvested by hand. Followed by traditional mash fermentation for 12 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. When malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred into French barriques and tonnauxs. Maturation takes up to 14 months.
Our tasting note
The Chianti Classico presents itself i a bright ruby red with a open hearted nose of ripe cherries and raspberries, notes of violet and a delicate spiciness. On the palate it i sversatile, juicy and rich in content. A lot of dark fruit a nd notes of violets and liquorice. Elegant and juicy throughout.

Winemaking
Following the traditional fermentation over 2 weeks, the wine is aged both in large oak barrels as well as in barriques for 18 months.
Our tasting note
With its gleaming colours, this Chianti exudes wonderful aromas from blackberries, raspberries as well as a hint of pepper. Sweet and smooth in taste, the tannins and the freshness are in harmony. Long-lasting and perfectly balanced finish.

Winemaking
The fermentation is carried out over 14 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored in barriques made from Allier or Tronçais oak for 12 months.
Our tasting note
The Chianti Fontodi has a deeply red colour and exudes the aroma of plums and violets. The pallet is treated to tender fruit with the aromas of wild berries and a little smoke. The Chianti's finish is with a hint of chocolate as well as a note of liquorice.
