Winemaking
This Chablis comes from vineyards located on the right bank of the Serein River, which flows through the Chablis region. It is known for its balance and delightful character. The alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures between 16 and 18°C, followed by a complete malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged on the lees for 10 to 15 months in stainless steel tanks (50 to 130 hectoliters) and in oak barrels (500 liters).
Our tasting note
The bright color, with yellow-golden hues, shines clearly and brilliantly. The intoxicating nose combines summer flowers with fruity aromas, revealing a briny character reminiscent of oysters and shellfish. On the palate, the wine is fresh and salty, with a crisp acidity. A juicy, lively, and slightly maritime finish.

Winemaking
After gentle pressing and static clarification, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 20 °C and long yeast contact after fermentation. 15 percent of the Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barriques and matures for 5 months. The assembling takes place in spring.
Our tasting note
The Chardonnay Cardellino has an intensive straw-yellow colour. Ripe exotic fruits, some lime-tree blossoms and honey give the wine its complex nose. The Chardonnay is full-bodied and structured, juicy and harmonious with a subtle softness. With a long and elegant finish.

Winemaking
The vines for the Chardonnay Educato were planted in the upper most area of the vineyard in 1985, and are therefore in the coolest locations of the Grassos winegrowing area. 50% of fermentation and maturation takes place in barrels, and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks.
Our tasting note
The aroma is amazingly fruity and exotic for a Chardonnay. Green fruit elements of apple and pear as well as exotic notes of apricot, pineapple and white peach. On the palate, the wine presents itself as somewhat dry with juicy, creamy aromas of yellow fruits. The crisp acidity ensures that you can't wait for the next sip. Harmonic, long finish.

Winemaking
The vineyards from which the Puligny-Montrachet Village comes are located around the village of Puligny-Montrachet and were planted between 1965 and 1974. The hand-harvested grapes are pressed and then cooled for 18 to 20 hours before alcoholic fermentation begins. The aging on fine lees lasts at least one year and takes place in oak barrels (20% new wood). Subsequently, the various cuvées, corresponding to the different vineyards, are blended in stainless steel tanks, where they remain for 7 to 8 months before being bottled.
Our tasting note
Clear straw-yellow color, with expressive citrus fruit paired with a slight honey note, radiating energy, and an incredible power from the mineral background. This is also evident on the palate, where the wine reveals its charm and intensity right from the start. The refined acidity gives the wine great body. A captivating wine with very good length and an impressive mineral finish.

Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out over 4 weeks at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 °C in steel tanks. The Rossj-Bass then matures for 6 to 7 months in slightly used barriques.
Our tasting note
The Rossj-Bass has a fine floral aroma with a hint of citrus fruit and light notes of honey. It has a remarkable depth of taste, and is very elegant on the pallet with a robust body and pleasant freshness. Mineral, full-bodied finish. Very good storage suitability.

Winemaking
The Chardonnay Les Grandes Coutures comes from three parcels adjacent to Meursault, with vines ranging from 15 to 51 years old. The soils are predominantly clay, which gives this Bourgogne Blanc weight and texture. The wine was aged for 12 to 14 months in 15-20% new French oak barrels.

Bright golden-yellow color. Aromatic notes of ripe citrus fruits, delicate flowers, and a hint of vanilla create a captivating fragrance that expresses the character of the Chardonnay from the region. On the palate, the wine offers a harmonious balance between fresh acidity and a silky texture. Notes of white fruits, a delicate creaminess, and an elegant minerality form a tasting experience that showcases the versatility of Chardonnay.
