Winemaking
Traditional fermentation is carried out over 10 days at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Subsequently, the biological acid degradation and storage takes place in 22- hectolitre wooden barrels and partly in 80-hectolitre wooden barrels made from French Allier or Slovenian oak.
Our tasting note
The Merlot has a gleaming garnet-red colour. Its nose is intensive and single tone, with fruity notes of wild berries, tangy aromas as well as chocolate. The wine wins over the drinker with subtle tannins, a robust texture as well as a wonderful richness and elegance. This Merlot is one of life's uncomplicated and comfortable pleasures with its softness and juiciness.

Winemaking
The grapes originate from the vineyards of the municipality of Isola d'Asti in the Frazione Mongovone. The grapes are gently harvested by hand. After pressing, the grape must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is aged for four months in large wooden barrels and french barriques.
Our tasting note
A wine that highlights the fruity and opulent Barbera notes. On the nose, it delights with clear aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, violet, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it delivers what the nose promises; flavours of cherry, redcurrant and dark chocolate, soft and juicy. The finish is long-lasting with cherry compote, dark chocolate and a hint of pepper.

Winemaking
After being harvested and de-stemmed, the grapes are gently pressed and subsequently fermented over roughly 8 days at a temperature of 24 to 26 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored for 3 months in used French and American barriques.
Our tasting note
The Nero d'Avola Corbellò as a dark ruby-red colour and has a pleasant violet, cherry, plum aromas and a hint of white pepper. Very rich and intensive on the pallet with aromas of red fruits. The finish is the perfectly harmony between notes of spices and soft tannins.

Winemaking
Cannonau is an extremely late-ripening grape variety. The grapes are therefore only hand-harvested during the first 10 days of October. They are macerated and fermented, and agedin a steel tank for ten months.
Our tasting note
An intense ruby red colour in the glass with garnet red highlights. On the nose, a splendid fragrance of ripe red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries. On the palate, balsamic notes and aromas of myrtle and juniper. Very well-structured and an extremely succulent after-taste.

Winemaking
Following the harvesting and de-stemming of the high- quality Negroamaro grapes, traditional fermentation takes place over 8 days at 20 °C in horizontal rotation tanks made of stainless steel. The wine then matures for 4 months in barriques, where the biological acid degradation takes place. Short maturing in bottles before being sold.
Our tasting note
The Negroamaro has a ruby-red with violet reflections. It has a bouquet with blackberry and cassis aromas. Full- bodied and long-lasting on the pallet with pleasant smoked aromas. It has the perfect balance between pleasant fruitiness and freshness.

Winemaking
The Barbera Bramé originates from an old Cru vineyard in the parish of Castellinaldo, which faces in a south- westerly direction. Following the traditional fermentation for 7 days at 28 °C, the wine matures in used barriques - which makes up 20 percent - and otherwise in large oak barrels.
Our tasting note
The Barbera Bramé captures the imagination with its rich ruby-red colour and violet reflection. It has an aroma typical for this type of wine, an aroma of cherries and vanilla. On the palate it is structured and pleasantly fresh in taste. A vine that produced soft and juicy grapes with a remarkable richness.
