Winemaking
The vines grow on mineral volcanic rock at a height of 750 m above sea level on the north side of Mount Etna. After the grapes have been selected by hand, alcoholic fermentation is performed at 25 °C for 15 days in the steel tank. Subsequent ageing is performed in large French wooden barrels for 2 years.
Our tasting note
Bright and ruby red in the glass. Fresh fruity aromas of berries, black cherries and a delicate hint of spice in the nose. Fresh and lively on the pallet with silky tannin. The perfect mix of strength and elegance. Full-bodied, harmonious finale.

Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out over 8 days at a temperature between 24 and 26 °C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The subsequent maturing takes place during 6 months in used barriques made from French and American oak.
Our tasting note
Intense, ruby-red with violet reflections. A delicate blackberry and plum nose as well as a hint of white pepper. Wonderfully fresh and full-bodied on the pallet with notes of sour cherry and cacao. Soft tannins with elegant finish.

Winemaking
The vines grow at a height of 700 - 800 m above sea level in the Biancavilla municipality on the south-west slope of Etna. Traditional mash fermentation over 21 days mainly in cement tanks, followed by 24 months of maturing in large oak casks.
Our tasting note
The wine has a vibrant, ruby red colour. It has red fruit aromas of sour cherry, mulberries and also marzipan. It also has aromas of ripe fruits on the palate. There are also notes of citrus fruits, tomato leaves and oregano. There is a nice mineral length in the finish, with a hint of flintstone.

Winemaking
Pressed with great sensitivity and accuracy from native Sicilian Grillo grapes. After being picked by hand, the grapes are gently pressed, and the wine is then aged at 15° C in a stainless steel tank. Before being decanted into bottles, the wine remains on the fine lees for six months.
Our tasting note
Known as the predominant grape variety in the production of Marsala wine, Grillo produces wines with great character. Pale straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Aromas of white peach, pear and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with mineral notes and a pleasant, fruity freshness. Vibrant, fruity finish.

Following cold fermentation over 36 hours between 6 and 8°C, the Zibibbo matures over 12 days in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks.
Our tasting note
The Zibibbo has a light straw-yellow colour with green- golden reflections. The nose and pallet are treated to the wonderful Mediterranean aromatic of citrus fruits, orange blossoms, sage, mint and acacias. A superbly fresh white wine, which perfectly expresses the elegance and the richness of the terroir.

Winemaking
The vines grow at an altitude of 600 - 800 metres above sea level in the municipalities of Biancavilla and Belpasso at the foot of Mount Etna. After cold pressing of the whole grapes and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation between 18 and 20 °C takes place both in 10 hectolitre oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks. One year later, in October, the wine is bottled.
Our tasting note
The wine has a bright lemon yellow colour. The bouquet has aromas of citrus fruits, thyme and refreshing notes of mint and jasmine. Fresh and hearty on the palate with a lively, taut acidity, along with hints of white flowers, some flint, almonds and marzipan. Salty, long lasting finish.
