Winemaking
The vines are 65 years old and grow on southeast-facing soils of clay-limestone with Alterit in the Seuvrées, Reniards, and Aux Echezeaux vineyards. After pressing, the wines are clarified for two weeks and aged in barrels. The maturation takes place with 30% in new barrels and 70% in barrels 1 to 5 years old. After 13 months of aging, the wines are transferred to tanks, rested for 3 months, and bottled without filtration or fining.
Our tasting note
Scarlet red in color with violet reflections. The nose is rich with aromas of cocoa, roasted hazelnuts, black cherries, juicy raspberries, nutmeg, green pepper, sesame, and eucalyptus. On the palate, it is firm and flavorful with soft tannins, offering a digestible and complex harmony thanks to the refreshing tension.

Winemaking
The vines are located at the foot of the slope on a calcareous, stony soil mixed with clay and marl. The wine is aged in oak barrels, with a maximum of 30% new barrels, for a period of 16 to 18 months, depending on the vintage. Bottling takes place at the winery using gravity, without filtration or fining. The estate follows the principles of organic viticulture, with traditional soil cultivation, moderate yields, and the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts.
Our tasting note
The color is deep purple, turning ruby red as it ages. The nose opens with a bouquet of small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry), evolving into cooked plum, peppery and undergrowth notes, moss, and mushrooms. On the palate, it is lively, with a structured, soft, and round finish.

Our tasting note
The Pinot Nero has a clear and fresh ruby-red colour. A fruity interplay of aromas between beetroot, cherry and raspberry, as well as a tangy note with a pinch of white pepper are what characterise the nose of this wine. This wine captures the pallet with a juicy structure and inviting freshness, with soft, smooth tannins, subtle tanginess in the background as well as with a youthfully elegant finish.
