Winemaking

After having been fermented for 10 to 20 days between 27 and 30 °C, the wine matures in large used oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 12 months of maturing in bottles.

Our tasting note

This Barolo glows with an intensive garnet-red colour in the wine glass. It has a unique and pleasant aroma of dried roses, liquorice as well as a hint of truffle. Wonderfully subtle on the pallet with a delicious fruity flavour of strawberries and raspberries. A traditional Barolo of the utmost noblesse.

Our tasting note

Ruby red colour with mild garnet red highlights. The bouquet is characterised by a mature aroma of red fruit such as plums and cherries. The wine is harmonious, juicy and compact on the palate with an unmistakable hint of saffron. It has a long, bold finish.

Winemaking

The three types of grapes are fermented separate from each other. Following the fermentation, the assembly begins in spring. The Magari then matures for 12 months in new and slightly used barriques, followed by 6 months of maturing in bottles.

Our tasting note

A fantastic Super Tuscan. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a little Petit Verdot combine to create a fruity and spicy firework, combined with elegance and sensuality. Pure and intense aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, blackcurrants and eucalyptus. On the palate it has perfectly integrated wood with a smooth and fine texture.

An extremely fresh, crisp nose and elderberry-emphasised fruit with aromas from wild berries as well as fine notes of liquorice, coffee and spices. Very intense and compact on the palate, pleasantly refreshing and wonderfully balanced tannins. Elegant and long-lasting finish - excellent price-pleasure ratio.

The Amarone Classico has an intensive garnet-red colour. It has an expressive nose with a hint of cherry, bitter almond, chocolate and cocoa. Very harmonious, soft and silky on the palate. Full-bodied and long-lasting finish.

Winemaking

Following the harvest, the ripe grapes are gently pressed and the grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. As soon as the wine has an alcohol content of 5 percent alcohol per unit volume, the pressure tank is closed and the temperature is reduced. In order that the correct amount of residual sugar remains, the naturally fermentation is interrupted.

Our tasting note

A vibrant and light straw yellow. The aroma invokes images of acacia and orange blossoms. A wonderful harmony between sweet and freshness on the pallet. Long-lasting fruity finish.

Winemaking

This Chablis comes from vineyards located on the right bank of the Serein River, which flows through the Chablis region. It is known for its balance and delightful character. The alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures between 16 and 18°C, followed by a complete malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged on the lees for 10 to 15 months in stainless steel tanks (50 to 130 hectoliters) and in oak barrels (500 liters).

Our tasting note

The bright color, with yellow-golden hues, shines clearly and brilliantly. The intoxicating nose combines summer flowers with fruity aromas, revealing a briny character reminiscent of oysters and shellfish. On the palate, the wine is fresh and salty, with a crisp acidity. A juicy, lively, and slightly maritime finish.
