| Vintage | 2021 |
| Winemaker | Mascarello Giuseppe |
| Region | Piedmont |

Winemaking
The harvesting of the grapes takes place during the first 2 weeks of October. The traditional fermentation is then carried out and this takes between 15 and 20 days. The Barbera is then filled into large oak barrels and ages for roughly 18 months.
Our tasting note
Intensive ruby-red colour and violet reflections. A fruity nose with blackcurrants, blackberries and cherries, while being very concentrated and tangy in the mouth. Intensive cherries fruits, including prunes, wonderfully integrated tannins and great finesse.

Barbera d'Alba DOC
| Vintage | 2023 |
| Winemaker | Giulia Negri |
| Region | Piedmont |
| Grapes | 100% Barbera |
Winemaking
The grapes come from vineyards growing 400 m above sea level. The soil is sandy and clayey. Following a strictly selective hand harvest, the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed as soon as they arrive in the winery. They are then spontaneously fermented in steel tanks. Once the fermentation process is complete, the wine rests for 16 months in 500 litre tonneau oak barrels.
Our tasting note
Lively ruby red. The glass gives off a balsamic bouquet followed by raspberries, sour cherries, pomegranate seeds and plums. The tannins are perfectly integrated with the fresh fruit notes on the palate. Notes of dark chocolate and a hint of freshly ground coffee powder provide the necessary spice. The wine delivers a clear, fresh finish.

Barbera d'Asti Tasmorcan DOCG
| Vintage | 2024 |
| Winemaker | Elio Perrone |
| Region | Piedmont |
| Grapes | 100% Barbera |
Winemaking
The grapes originate from the vineyards of the municipality of Isola d'Asti in the Frazione Mongovone. The grapes are gently harvested by hand. After pressing, the grape must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is aged for four months in large wooden barrels and french barriques.
Our tasting note
A wine that highlights the fruity and opulent Barbera notes. On the nose, it delights with clear aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, violet, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it delivers what the nose promises; flavours of cherry, redcurrant and dark chocolate, soft and juicy. The finish is long-lasting with cherry compote, dark chocolate and a hint of pepper.
