What do your customers particularly appreciate about Fabbrica Pasta?

Our guests especially love the freshness and craftsmanship behind every dish. All our pasta is made fresh daily – using the finest durum wheat and, depending on the type, even special flours like buckwheat. We create seasonal fillings and sauces with locally sourced ingredients. Many also appreciate that, alongside classic recipes, we offer gluten-free and vegan options. And last but not least, it’s the atmosphere: our guests feel like they’re in a little piece of Italy – warm, lively, and full of passion for great food.

When it comes to wine, our guests particularly enjoy characterful Italian reds. The elegant Promis Toscana IGP from Ca’Marcanda is especially popular and pairs beautifully with our pasta dishes.
