Winemaking
The grapes from the best vineyards in the zone of Cordignano, Sarmede and Cappella Maggiore in Treviso grow on south-southwest facing vineyards at an altitude of 120 - 240 metres above sea level. They are de-stemmed and gently pressed in a bladder press. The must is fermented at 18 - 20°C and ferments in 100 hl steel pressure fermenters for about two months using the Charmat method.
Our tasting note
Bright straw-yellow. Delicate perlage with fine mousse. The bouquet is generous, with distinct aromas of apple, peach and wisteria, showing a wonderful balance between fruit and freshness. Fruity and smooth on the palate, full-bodied and well-structured with a long-lasting finish.

The company's own lemons are hand-picked early in the morning. After harvesting, the lemons are washed with natural water and then repeatedly soaked in pure alcohol for a period of 20 to 30 days.
Our tasting note
The Limonello has a light lemon yellow colour with hints of green. On the nose and palate, an intensive aroma of the raw material used, the perfectly ripened Mediterranean lemon. Unbelievably harmonious and with a gentle after- taste. Enjoy chilled with ice.

Mirto Ricetta Storica is obtained from the berries of the wild growing myrtle plants "Myrtus communis" in the Sardinian maquis (typical bush vegetation).For maceration, the juice is put into a mixture of aquavit, sugar and honey.
Our tasting note
A blend of red and bright violet tones. While the berry skins give the liqueur its colour, the tannins contained in the fruit flesh contribute the herbal notes with Mediterranean characteristics. A palate cleansing with a well-balanced sweet and sour harmony and an embracing of the scents of herbs, bay leaves and sage. A Mirto Rosso that is completely dedicated to quality! It offers pleasure to body and soul. Soothing, especially after a sumptuous meal. This perfect portrayal of a magnificent country is best enjoyed ice cold.

The special flora and unique climate of Sardinia yield botanicals (herbs, leaves, berries, fruits etc.) with rich flavours. Silvio Carta, a family-run firm, harvests these wild and even grows some of them itself. Just six miles from the sea lie the stills and cellars with chestnut barrels where the liqueurs are produced and matured. Traditional, extremely slow maceration at room temperature allows the aromas to be drawn out naturally.

Aspide Spritz offers a fragrance of citrus fruits and fresh herbs. These elements also emerge in its bitter-sweet, aromatic flavour. A vibrant bitter aperitif reminiscent of the much-loved venetian cocktail but with an added combination of the fresh scents and many-layered aromas of the passionate italian island of Sardinia - bitter orange, mediterranean maquis and pine forests. Close your eyes and enjoy sun and sea with your aperitif.
