This tasting box contains the following wines: 2x Alta Langa Brut DOCG 2020, 3x Arneis Roero DOCG 2024, 3x Arneis Roero San Michele DOCG 2023, 2x Barbera d'Alba Bramé DOC 2023 and 2x Nebbiolo d'Alba 2022.
Deltetto
The friendly and modest Antonio Deltetto took over the family business in 1977 and transformed the former trading cellar into a pure self-pressing operation. The winery now spans over 21 hectares of vineyards. The main focus is on the white superstar Arneis, but the Deltettos also show healthy ambition and great skill in red wines. Today, the children Carlo, Cristina, and Claudia continue the family tradition - in harmony with nature, as their grandfather Carlo (affectionately called "Carlin") taught them.

Winemaking
Traditional fermentation is carried out over 7 days at 28 °C in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent maturing in oak barrels, followed by a number of months of maturing in the maturing.
Our tasting note
This fruity Nebbiolo glows with an intensive garnet-red colour and influences. Fantastic aromas from red berries, herbs as well as dried roses. It titillates the palate with its soft and tangy tannins as well as a light note of liquorice. An elegant finish, rich in finesse.

Winemaking
The Barbera Bramé originates from an old Cru vineyard in the parish of Castellinaldo, which faces in a south- westerly direction. Following the traditional fermentation for 7 days at 28 °C, the wine matures in used barriques - which makes up 20 percent - and otherwise in large oak barrels.
Our tasting note
The Barbera Bramé captures the imagination with its rich ruby-red colour and violet reflection. It has an aroma typical for this type of wine, an aroma of cherries and vanilla. On the palate it is structured and pleasantly fresh in taste. A vine that produced soft and juicy grapes with a remarkable richness.

Winemaking
The Arneis that originates from the Daivej vineyard is fermented under temperature-controlled conditions and then aged in stainless steel tanks.
Our tasting note
The Arneis has a subtle, straw-yellow colour and exudes an aroma of exotic fruits, apples and mulberries. Wonderfully fruity on the palate with a fresh, acidic flavour. Hardly any other wine is more suitable as an aperitif and as an introduction to the opulent and delicious Piedmont cuisine.

Winemaking
San Michele is the Deltetto flagship when it comes to white wines. One half of fermentation takes place in steel tanks and the other in wooden oak barrels. The subsequent maturing is carried out in the exact same way.
Our tasting note
The Arneis San Michele has a straw-yellow colour and flavours of exotic fruits, apples as well as a hint of vanilla resulting from the maturing in wooden barrels. The maturing in wood barrels also subtly gives the Arneis a wide spectrum of flavours and a greater depth of taste.

Winemaking
Following gentle pressing of the grapes, controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then decanted to the bottle, where the second fermentation takes place on the lees for 30 months. Once the yeast has been removed (dégorgement), the necessary dosage is added to the wine.
Our tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow. Delicious Millesimato with fine and enduring perlage. Broad, complex and deep on the nose with notes of yeast, freshly baked bread and delicate floral notes, all accompanied by aromas of ripe citrus fruits. The palate is complex, full-bodied, elegant and intense, with a lively structure and a very long-lasting mineral finish.
