Champagne Laborde
Champagne Laborde is a rising, family-run winery located in the village of Nogent l’Abbesse, near Reims. Since 2018, Delphine and Pierre-Emmanuel Laborde have led the house with a clear vision: to craft terroir-driven, precise, and characterful Champagnes. The vineyards are situated on the chalky Mont de Berru – ideal conditions for elegant, mineral-driven sparkling wines with depth and freshness. As an oenologist with experience at Bollinger and Veuve Clicquot, Delphine brings exceptional technical expertise. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, avoids herbicides, and actively promotes biodiversity in the vineyard. The house's signature is unmistakable: tension, expression, and authenticity – Champagnes with soul, shaped by the soil, the climate, and the belief that true quality lies in the details.

Champagne «Perpétuelle» Extra Brut AOC
| Winemaker | Champagne Laborde |
| Region | Champagne |
| Grapes | 100% Chardonnay |
Winemaking
Perpétuelle is the emblematic cuvée of the family estate and perfectly reflects the typical characteristics of Chardonnay from Nogent l'Abbesse. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on chalky soils, this champagne benefits from a high proportion of wines from the perpetual reserve (Solera method), which gives it complexity and balance. The vinification takes place with minimal intervention in small stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and liveliness, while aging in oak barrels allows for gentle micro-oxidation. The cuvée musts age patiently until spring on their fine lees, adding aromatic depth to the wine. After bottling, the bottles age in our chalk cellars, and the Extra Brut dosage, under 6 g/l, enhances the subtle nuances of the champagne.
Our tasting note
A clear, pale gold color with green reflections. The nose reveals a fine, complex bouquet with aromas of white flowers, ripe pears, and fresh almonds. Over time, notes of brioche and pastry develop. On the palate, the wine opens with a lively start, followed by a lovely density. Fruity flavors of pear and vine peach blend with a touch of acacia honey. Fresh and silky, with a long, salty finish.

Champagne «Les Beaux Lieux» Extra Brut AOC
| Vintage | 2019 |
| Winemaker | Champagne Laborde |
| Region | Champagne |
| Grapes | 100% Chardonnay |
Winemaking
The «Les Beaux Lieux» comes from a 50-year-old Chardonnay vineyard in Nogent l'Abbesse, facing southeast. The chalky, brown soil promotes the development of high-quality grapes. The vines, planted in 1974 and 1975 from a mass selection, produce only a few grapes each year, which gives the wine its exceptional concentration and finesse. The warm, sunny year of 2019 resulted in a harvest of particularly concentrated and balanced grapes, forming the foundation for this exceptional Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. After bottling, «Les Beaux Lieux» ages for four years in the cellars before being released to the market.
Our tasting note
The champagne shows a brilliant golden color, accompanied by fine, evenly rising bubbles. On the nose, it unfolds seductive notes of white flowers, particularly hawthorn, along with pleasant aromas of pear, citrus fruits, and verbena. On the palate, it opens with a fresh burst of flavor that spreads gently. The floral aromas perfectly harmonize with nuances of white peach and grapefruit. The finish is long and lingering.

Champagne Rosé AOC
| Winemaker | Champagne Laborde |
| Region | Champagne |
| Grapes | 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay |
Winemaking
For this rosé Champagne, a small proportion of Pinot Noir red wine is blended into the cuvée, giving it its delicate colour as well as added expression and structure. Reserve wines provide balance and aromatic depth. The Champagne is then aged on the lees for 24 months, gaining finesse, creaminess, and complexity. Only the cuvée — the juice from the first pressing — is used.
Our tasting note
Powder pink with delicate salmon-coloured reflections and an elegant mousse. The nose reveals intense aromas of raspberries, red currants and wild strawberries, accompanied by fresh notes of blood orange and pink grapefruit. On the palate it is creamy, lively, and precise, with beautiful freshness and a refined structure. The fruit-driven aromas are complemented by subtle nuances of dried fruits. An elegant and harmonious rosé Champagne with a long-lasting finish.
