Terms and conditions
Participation in the contest organized by Weibel Weine AG, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or "Operator," is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

Operation of the draw

The contest will run from December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the contest online. A new contest will be posted every Friday.

Entries

To participate in the contest:

3. Tag two to three people with whom you would like to enjoy the prize

Participation is only possible during the participation period (from Friday to the following Sunday).

Participation in the contest is free of charge.

Eligibility to enter

The contest is open to individuals who are residents of Switzerland or Liechtenstein and are 18 years or older. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

Employees of the Organizer and their family members, as well as individuals involved in the planning and execution of the contest, are not eligible to participate. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants at its discretion if there are justified reasons to do so.

Prizes, winner notification and prize delivery
The prizes are as follows:

#PRIZE 2# Valpolicella Ripasso Gaso DOC  and Amarone Classico DOCG
#PRIZE 3# IDDA Bianco Sicilia DOP and IDDA Etna Rosso DOP

#PRIZE 4# Franciacorta Brut DOCG, Franciacorta Extra Brut DOCG and Franciacorta Rosé DOCG

Winners will be selected by a random draw from all participants who have met the conditions of participation.

Winners will be notified promptly via a separate message about their prize.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. No exchanges or cash payouts are possible.
