An unforgettable evening: we are bringing Piedmont to Liestal – along with a very special guest! Gianluca Grasso, legendary winemaker and the heart of Elio Grasso, will be personally present on this evening. Together with the Hotel Bad Schauenburg in Liestal, we invite you to an exclusive Wine & Dine with 5 refined courses and perfectly matched wines.

Each course of the evening is a tribute to the flavors of Piedmont – from slowly braised pigeon with cassis jus to gorgonzola espuma with mostarda. And from the cellar, true treasures: Barolo Ginestra, Vigna Martina, or Arneis Passito – masterfully paired with the menu. We look forward to sharing a delightful and inspiring evening with you!
