The World of Gaja

For 50 years, Weibel Weine and Gaja have shared far more than a successful partnership: it is a common story shaped by trust, passion and a love of great wines. With Switzerland becoming Gaja’s very first export market worldwide, an extraordinary journey began in 1976.

To mark this anniversary, on 7 and 14 September 2026 in Zurich and Geneva, our guests were invited under the title «The World of Gaja» to discover and taste the fascinating diversity of wines from Gaja, Ca’ Marcanda, Pieve Santa Restituta and IDDA. For the first time, this special tasting brought together wines from all four estates. The result was an enjoyable journey through different regions, terroirs and characters, while also offering an impressive insight into the work of one of Italy’s most influential winemaking families.
