Winemaking
Traditional fermentation is carried out over 7 days at a temperature between 28 and 30°C in steel tanks. The wine matures in 350- to 2000-litre barrels made from Slovenian or French oak for 18 to 24 months.
Our tasting note
The Vino Nobile has an intensive crimson colour with a light garnet glimmer. Very fruity bouquet with aromas of red berries, blackcurrants, cherries and light notes of coffee and spices. Juicy, robust wine with a lot of elegance and crisp freshness.

Winemaking
Cannonau is an extremely late-ripening grape variety. The grapes are therefore only hand-harvested during the first 10 days of October. They are macerated and fermented, and agedin a steel tank for ten months.
Our tasting note
An intense ruby red colour in the glass with garnet red highlights. On the nose, a splendid fragrance of ripe red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries. On the palate, balsamic notes and aromas of myrtle and juniper. Very well-structured and an extremely succulent after-taste.

Winemaking
Stringent selection of the grapes, traditional fermentation over 18 to 20 days at roughly 30 °C in large stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 36 months in barrels made from Slavonian and French Allier oak, followed by at least 6 months of maturing in bottles.
Our tasting note
An extremely fresh, crisp nose and elderberry-emphasised fruit with aromas from wild berries as well as fine notes of liquorice, coffee and spices. Very intense and compact on the palate, pleasantly refreshing and wonderfully balanced tannins. Elegant and long-lasting finish - excellent price-pleasure ratio.

Following the harvesting by hand of the select grapes, the Nebbiolo Langhe is fermented for 7 to 9 days at between 25 to 27 °C in the fermentation container. The wine then matures for a short time in stainless steel and cement tanks in order that the fruit aroma and freshness of the grapes are preserved optimally.
Our tasting note
Gleaming, ruby-red with intensive flowery and fruity aroma. The wine has subtle fruity and tangy nose, which invokes images of fruit and dried rose pedals. Well-structured and balanced on the pallet, with a long-lasting fruit aroma.

Winemaking
Traditional fermentation is carried out over 8 to 10 days at a temperature of 27 to 30 °C. The wine then matures over 18 months in large, used oak barrels, followed by 12 months of maturing in bottles.
Our tasting note
This traditional Barbaresco has a garnet-red colour and a wonderful aroma of dried roses in combination with a pleasant hint of spice. The flavours on the palate are multi-faceted, with a wonderful structure and elegance. Diverse and excellently balanced finish.

Winemaking
The fermentation is carried out over 14 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored in barriques made from Allier or Tronçais oak for 12 months.
Our tasting note
The Chianti Fontodi has a deeply red colour and exudes the aroma of plums and violets. The pallet is treated to tender fruit with the aromas of wild berries and a little smoke. The Chianti's finish is with a hint of chocolate as well as a note of liquorice.
