Our tasting note

This Vermentino has a light straw yellow colour with hints of green. On the nose, it instantly gives off a floral fragrance accompanied by exotic notes, such as pineapple and cinnamon. On the palate, mature fruity aromas of greengage - the queen of the plums - and a creamy well- integrated acidity. Lingering mineral after-taste.

Fermentation is carried out over 8 days at a temperature between 24 and 26 °C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The subsequent maturing takes place during 6 months in used barriques made from French and American oak.

Our tasting note

Intense, ruby-red with violet reflections. A delicate blackberry and plum nose as well as a hint of white pepper. Wonderfully fresh and full-bodied on the pallet with notes of sour cherry and cacao. Soft tannins with elegant finish.

Fermentation takes place over 8 days at 20 °C in horizontal rotation tanks made of stainless steel. The wine matures over 6 months in barriques, followed by a short maturing period in bottles.

Our tasting note

The Primitivo has a deep and concentrated colour. It has an intensive aroma of cherries, a hint of chocolate as well as a note of spices characterise this bouquet. Intensive fruitiness on the pallet, very smooth and soft with an elegant richness - pure drinking pleasure.

Following the fermentation at 20°C over 8 days in horizontal rotation tanks made of stainless steel, the Salice Salentino matures for 6 months in French barriques. Subsequent maturing in bottles for a few months.

Intensive ruby-red and multi-faceted bouquet with an aroma of ripe, red fruits, blackcurrants and prunes as well as a light smoky aroma. The pallet has a lot of fruit, a round structure and soft, juicy tannins. A complementary wine with a perfect price-pleasure ratio.

Dark, rich ruby-red. Intensive nose with notes of ripe berries, cassis as well as cocoa. Elegant on the pallet with soft tannins and well balanced. Long sustained finish. Uncomplicated wine that has an excellent price-pleasure ratio.

Both types of grape are fermented individually over roughly 8 days at a temperature between 24 and 26 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 3 months and the grape must is then assembled in used French and American barriques.

Our tasting note

Dark ruby-red colour with a cherry and blackberry aromas and a hint of white pepper. Very intensive and close to the pallet, soft, perfectly incorporated tannins with a juicy and tangy finish.
