Winemaking
After the grape harvest temperature-controlled mash fermentation takes place over 4 weeks in a steel tank at 16 to 18 °C. This is followed by 6 months’ development in slightly used barriques.
Our tasting note
Alteni di Brassica is a single grape variety Sauvignon Blanc with an incredible aromatic framework. This wine has a very elegant nose with harmonious notes of fine fruits. A balanced body with dense structure supported by perfectly integrated acidity with good ripening potential.
